Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a pre-order. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.

When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying a product not yet in stock. We may collect full payment or a deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then charge the balance payment at a future date. 

If a pre-order has been paid in full and you cancel your order prior to the preferred shipping week(s), we will refund you minus an administration charge of £5.00 per item.

If a deposit has been paid for a pre-order and you cancel your order prior to the preferred shipping week(s), we will retain the deposit payment. 

If the order is due for fulfilment (preferred shipping week(s)) or has been fulfilled, then you cannot cancel the order, but you can request a full or partial refund for certain specified reasons only. See our refund policy for more details.
