Shipping policy

We only ship queens within Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales).

Orders are shipped Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1 pm. Royal Mail Terms and Conditions apply to the shipping services. 

Shipping charges apply to each batch shipment (orders may contain several batches if required).

• 1-2 queens £9.50
• 3-18 queens £10.75
• 19-24 queens £14.75
• 25+ queens £21.75                                              

For all orders, Royal Mail tracking information will be supplied to customers providing a mobile telephone number (SMS) and/or email address.

Queens can be collected from us only by prior arrangement (please indicate in order notes).
