All of the queens were alive.
Good queens, great communication, especially as the weather was very hot, so Border Honey brought the posting day forward to avoid the hottest temperature.
I'm anticipating they will be good to work with next season and be a great return on investment for me.

These queens look good,I had one quick look at the nucs to see if they had been excepted and the were.Judging by the brood they had started laying as soon as they came out of the introduction cages.Canโt wait to see how they perform next season, hopefully the produce nice big colonies that can bring in big crops of honey

Great thanks
I bought 20 queens, they all introduced successfully (into nucs) and quickly began a perfect laying pattern.
A quality breeder I will return to.
Your service was spot on, queen is very good.
I like that all the family is involved.
The positive also queen is one you bred at your Apiary.
I think Border Honey, is a good name because of the location .
These British made queen bees have everything you need for great beekeeping. I recommend them to any budding or current beekeeper.
Amazing family feel to the whole transaction. The queen was mated very well and is possibly one of my favourites. I have queens from probably the best known on the Internet but admit I find border queens better so will buy them again this year.
I'm delighted to review these queens ๐. After nearly 45yrs of beekeeping, I've found an excellent supplier of these low swarming, productive and gentle bees. We are lucky at last to have these in the UK at such a reasonable price. I've also raised a few queens from them too. Keep up the good work ๐Bees4u
My queens came in the nic of time as I had 3 hive without an egg or brood in sight . 10 days after a slow introduction all was good with lots of eggs and brood . Avoiding the dreaded laying worker problem thankfully
